STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
This section was created to hold instructions on prompts that are
received repeatedly throughout this manual section.
All recurring prompts will be assigned SOP (Standard Operating
Procedure) numbers for quick reference. For example, if you see a
prompt with the instructions "SOP 1", turn to this section and locate
the same prompt with its detailed instructions beside its assigned
numeral.
SOP #
1....XX Rec # or ? Enter the record number you need
to access. If you do not know the record number, enter some
identifying information that can be found within the record.
The system will use this information to search for the record
you are trying to locate.
OK (n)? The system will bring up a partial record for
you to view. If this is the record you want, just hit return.
If this is not the record you are trying to find, enter an "N"
and the system will continue to search.
2....Printer (1-X)? Enter the number of the printer that you
want to send your print to.
3....OK (n,p,e)? Verify your entry. If everything appears
correct, hit return. If you input an "N" you will be allowed to
make more corrections. "P" will allow you to receive a printed
copy of your input. "E" will allow you to exit without saving
any changes that have been made. You must return through this
prompt when everything is correct to save the record as
modified.

LOCKED RESOURCES EVALUATION
NOTE: ONLY ATTEMPT THE FOLLOWING UNDER COMPUWORK'S
SUPERVISION.
Running this UTILITY MENU selection gives the user the current file
status. If for some reason any of the users on your system are locked
up, you can go to one of the users that is not locked up and run
LOCKED RESOURCES EVALUATION and find the file that is locked. This
program is automatic and runs in about 20 to 30 seconds. It stops
momentarily and shows on the screen the locked file number and
continues on until it reaches 255. Then it allows you to clear out
the locked files. This should free the other users that are locked
up. Do NOT run this selection on a System 7/20 (Guilford), see page
6.2.2 for instructions on clearing resources on this type system.
RUNNING LOCKED RESOURCE EVALUATION
^1 -----------------
(FOR DBI SYSTEMS)
From the Main Menu:
Select 6 UTILITIES.
1 for LOCKED RESOURCE EVALUATION
You will see the program running through the files in the
upper left hand corner (1 through 255).
If you have no locked resources the program will ask:
CLEAR #?
Hit the RETURN key and you will return to the Main Menu.
If you have locked resources listed on your screen you will enter
the number of the first locked resource at the CLEAR# question
and hit return. This will clear the first file and you will get an
error on your screen:
?FC error in 1274
For each additional resource that you need to clear, type in
(all in capitals with no spaces) the following:
WAITCLEAR(and the number), for example: WAITCLEAR10
If you have no further resources to clear, type RUN"MENU to return
to Main Menu and exit this program. NOTE: You may have to run
this procedure on more than one terminal in order for the resource
to be cleared. IT HAS TO BE RUN ON THE TERMINAL THAT ORIGINALLY
LOCKED THE RESOURCE.
^1 ------------------
(FOR UNIX SYSTEMS)
From the Main Menu:
Select 6 UTILITIES.
1 for LOCKED RESOURCE EVALUATION
This will bring up the name of the user who has a file locked along
with that resource number.
At the Clear # prompt input the number found all the way to the
right of the line that came up. Hit RETURN. If any user other
than the one who has the file locked is trying to clear this file,
the system will ask 644 mode?. Answer this with a "Y" to clear
file.
For each additional resource that may be locked, repeat the above
procedure.
**Another Locked Resource Evaluation for UNIX is available:**
From the Main Menu:
Select 8 UNIX.
The Locked Resource option will be the last selection on the menu
which comes up (numbers vary from system to system). If this selection
does not appear under the UNIX menu, you may request it be added by
Compuwork.
Repeat the procedures outlined previously (in #6 Utilities) for this
selection.

BACKING UP A FLOPPY
This selection will allow you to backup (make copies of) diskettes.
THIS PROGRAM WILL ONLY BACKUP 5 1/4 INCH FLOPPY DISKETTES!!!
THIS SELECTION WILL NOT WORK ON SYSTEM 7/20 OR UNIX AT THIS TIME.
This program was designed to backup information stored on floppy
diskettes. Currently the following selections are programmed to
store data on floppies: Marketing Acords, Commercial Rating, Letters,
Label II, and Floppy Accounting.
Before starting these procedures, you will need an initialized
diskette to backup the data. Refer to Utilities, Create a Data
Diskette, page 6.12.1.
Select 6 Utilities.
10 Backup a Floppy
A message will appear:
Please make certain that your floppies are well marked and that
you insert them in the correct order. You will be using a Master
and a backup floppy.
LEVEL I? Enter the "LEVEL I" code to continue.
After entering the correct LEVEL I code, another message will appear:
Please place your Master floppy in your disk drive G.
Hit return when the floppy is in place?
Load the diskette containing the data for which you wish to make
a backup copy, then press return. The following message will
appear:
Please wait for further instructions.
The system copies the information off the diskette into a
temporary file on the hard disk called TEMPDA. The information
is held in this file, until the blank INITIALIZED diskette is
loaded, and the following step is performed.
At the message:
Please place your backup floppy in your drive G.
Hit return when the floppy is in place?
Load the initialized diskette to copy to, then press return.
The following message will appear:
Please wait for further instructions.
Upon completion of backup, the system automatically returns
to the Main Menu. At this time, remove the floppy diskette
and label the diskette the same as the original, except mark
this as your backup copy.

CREATE A DATA DISKETTE
This selection will allow you to erase (format) a floppy diskette.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
* The type of diskettes the Compuwork System uses are: *
* 5 1/4 inch: double sided, double density, soft sector diskettes.*
* 3 1/2 inch: double sided, 1 megabyte. *
* This is the information your supplier needs when ordering new *
* diskettes. *
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
This program will format, sometimes referred to as initialize, blank
diskettes. This procedure erases the diskette of any old data, if it
has been previously used, then sets the diskette to communicate with
Compuwork Hardware and Software.
NOTE: WHILE THE SYSTEM IS FORMATTING DISKETTES, OTHER TERMINALS
WILL BE LOCKED. IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE TO FORMAT EACH
DISKETTE. AS SOON AS FORMAT IS COMPLETE, OTHER TERMINALS WILL BE FREED
WITH NO LOSS OF DATA.
Load a new blank diskette, or the diskette to be re-used, into the
diskette drive.
Select 6 Utilities.
11 Create a Data Diskette
The following message will appear:
Please be sure the diskette to be formatted is in Drive G.
LEVEL I? Enter the LEVEL I code, and press return.
Format for Floppy Accounting (y)? If this diskette is going to
be used with the Floppy Accounting program answer with a "Y". If
this diskette is not going to be used with Floppy Accounting, just
return through this prompt.
There will be a short pause, and the following message appears:
Formatting so many tracks
Upon completion of the format procedures, the system automatically
returns to the Main Menu. The diskette will now be ready to use for
data storage.
This selection will allow you to store information from certain areas
of the system onto a floppy. These areas will advise you if a data
diskette can be utilized for storage.
To store information on a floppy diskette, the following procedures
must be performed. It is advisable to set up several diskettes, in
order to have them available when needed. This does not pertain to
back-up diskettes. Back-up diskettes only have to be initialized
first. For Data diskettes, used to store rates, off-load acords,
letters, etc., follow the below procedures.
NOTE: YOU MAY NOT UTILIZE THIS SELECTION ON THE GUILFORD SYSTEM.
CALL COMPUWORK FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON CREATING A DATA DISKETTE FOR USE ON
THIS TYPE SYSTEM.
The diskette must first be initialized. Follow the procedures for
Initialization, page 6.12.1, under this same Utilities section.
After the diskette has been initialized, return to the main menu.
At the Main Menu selection prompt, enter STOP (in all CAPS).

LOAD THE LASER
Loading the laser is what enables the print of ACORD, and custom
forms, by copying special Compuwork data stored on the hard disk down
to the memory of the laser. The laser must be loaded each day, and if
the laser is turned off during the day (ie., power failure) the laser
loses its memory and MUST be reloaded. The laser can be loaded from
two different areas of the system. The first option is normally used
each morning, and the second is normally used if the laser needs to be
re-loaded during the day. Loading may be skipped if Laser is not
powered off.
Option 1: On DBI or Guilford the person who brings up User 0 in
the morning will receive the prompt Load laser printers
(n,m,c=1,2)?. On UNIX your agency specifies a login to receive this
message each day.
To load the laser: the common response is to press return
only, or answer with a Y and return. A message will appear
"Loading Laser # X". This procedure will take approximately
10 minutes (the laser should not be used during this procedure).
The system will first load the ACORD forms, then automatically
load any custom forms that may have been developed especially
for your agency. After the laser has been loaded, and if you
only have one laser printer, you will automatically return to
the Main Menu. If you have more than one laser the system will
automatically load the lasers one after the other, approximately
10 minutes for each laser. If it is not necessary to load all
the lasers (i.e., working on weekends), refer to the explanation
on selection "M" that follows.
N and return for no don't load the laser would be used
to save time. If the laser has already been loaded, and has not
been turned off; i.e., when breaking user 0, it is not necessary
to reload the laser.
M and return is used when there is more than one laser.
A prompt will appear Begin Loading Laser Printer #X Load (n)?
To load the laser number that is appearing on screen, press
return only, or answer with a Y and return. To by-pass
loading the laser that is appearing, and have the next laser
number appear as an option, answer with an N and return.
C=1,2 is useful to conserve time. Entering a 1 and
return will load ACORD forms only. Entering a 2 and return
will load only custom forms (letterhead, or forms, that Compuwork
developed especially for your agency). It takes approximately 7
minutes to load ACORD forms and only 2 minutes to load custom
forms. Therefore if you are going to be printing letters only,
it would not be necessary to load ACORD forms.
Option 2: The Laser can also be loaded at other users
by going under Utilities from the Main Menu and choosing
#13 Load the Laser. You will receive the same prompts as
before and the loading process will take the same amount of time.
Only User 0 (DBI or GUILFORD) will receive the load prompt
automatically when the user is being brought up. On UNIX your agency
specified login will be the only user to receive this prompt.

FUNCTION KEY PROGRAMMER
This option was designed to speed up your everyday tasks by saving you
unnecessary keystrokes. These keystrokes are replaced by the "one
keystroke" of a programmed function key. Function keys are the
F1-F16 keys, located above the regularly used keys, on the keypad of
your terminal. There are sixteen additional keys available by
pressing the shift and F1-F16 keys together, i.e. sF1.
An example for its use is described below:
An administrator at an insurance agency does a lot of Homeowner
rating. Between rating, he constantly switches from rating to
Policy Issue and then to Word Processing. Instead of going all
the way back to the Compuwork Menu from rating and then choosing Word
Processing he simply strikes his F1 key for Word Processing at the
Rating Menu and he will be taken directly into Word Processing.
He programmed this key using the Function Key Programmer selection.
Instructions for utilizing this option are as follows:
When setting up this selection each person should program his own
terminal in a manner that will save the most time and keystrokes.
NOTE: Only WYSE terminals can be programmed for use with this
option. Also your WYSE must be set up in enhanced mode.
Compuwork will help you in the set up of your terminal.
To use this selection choose:
6 Utilities
14 Function Keys
After choosing #14 you will now receive the following prompt.
Access Password - As a new user you must enter the same system
password you normally use to get into the system from the Main Menu.
This will set up your security level and determine what parts of the
system you will be allowed to access. You should only use the system
level password when prompted for it during the set up of a new user.
NP
You will now receive the following menu:
l MENU
3 Modify
4 Delete
5 Datebook
9 Change Password
10 List possible function key paths
11 List your keys
12 CHANGE your keys
13 LOAD your keys
14 LOAD single Key
What is your selection:
Explanations of the menu selections are as follows:
1 Menu - returns you to the Compuwork Main Menu.

to the screen or to a printer to choose from. You will use this
list in the original set up or modification of your function keys.
ll List your keys - this selection will show each user what
function keys he now has stored.
12 Change your keys - this selection is used to set up each
user's function keys initially or to modify what is already set to
memory. After selections are made and return is hit at a blank
line you will receive two additional prompts.
Shall I store this (y)? Answer with a y if no mistakes were
made and the keys will be stored permanently.
Shall I load your keys (y)? Answer with a y if you want the
new or modified function keys loaded into your terminal.
NP
13 Load your keys - this selection is used in case your keys have
already been set and will list but you cannot access them. (due to
a power surge, etc.) After choosing this selection the system
returns you to the Function Key menu.
14 Load Single Key - To be used with Wyse 150 terminals only.
Please contact Customer Service for further instruction.
The best way to initally load your keys is to follow these simple
steps:
10 List Possible function key paths: Select the areas where you
want your function keys to take you.
12 Change Your Keys:
Change this key # - Select which key you wish to load (i.e. 1)
New Function #? - From your list you obtained from selection
10, select where you want this function key to take you
(i.e. 1 for Homeowner Rating)
Continue this until all of your keys have been set-up. Press return
at the final change this key # question.
Shall I store this (y)? - Answer with a "Y"
Shall I load your keys (y)? - Answer with a "Y"
The system will now return you to the Main Menu.

MASTER FUNCTION KEY PROGRAMMER
In the Function Key Programmer utility there should be one or more
persons with MASTER status. These people regulate the utility. In
addition to the capabilities of regular users, they can change the
passwords of others, delete users, set the maximum number of users,
and get a list of people utilizing this utility.
THE "MASTER" FUNCTION KEY MANUAL PAGES MAY BE REMOVED FROM THIS
UL
MANUAL AND HELD BY SOMEONE WITH MASTER STATUS TO PREVENT ACCESS INTO
RESTRICTED AREAS OF THE SYSTEM BY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON.
To set up a MASTER status user follow the instructions below:
When the user is asked for his own personal password he must enter the
word MASTER. (You may change this password to something else if
you like by taking the Change Password option explained later.)
The user will now have acquired "Master" status.
The user will now receive the primary Function Key Menu. He may
now choose #9 MASTER Menu. (Only those with the master status will
receive a primary menu containing option #9.) After choosing #9, you
will receive the following options:
1) Status (User List)
2) Change Password (Global)
3) Delete User
4) Set # of Users
M Main Menu
Enter Option?
To return to the Compuwork Main Menu you may enter an "M" at the
Enter Option ? prompt.
EXPLANATION OF OPTIONS
1) Status ( User List) - This option allows you to receive a list
of all users utilizing the Function Key Programmer utility. After
choosing this option you will receive the prompt:
Blank out Passwords (n). Hit return if you do not want to view the
passwords of the users. Enter an "N" to print the user's passwords on
your list.
Printer ? Enter your printer number or hit return to view on
screen.
Enter # of Users to list (cr=all) Hit return to list all users or
input the number of users you want to list. Hit return. You will now
receive your report. ( If you are receiving the report on your screen,
it will pause at the end of the screen so that you will not miss any
of the report. By hitting return at the <> the system will
continue with the rest of the report.) After your listing is complete
you will be returned to the Master menu. ( Also, you may type in the
word "STOP" at the "<>" and you will be returned to the master menu.)
2) Change Password (Global) - This option allows you to change the
password(s) of any user(s) or the Master password. When you choose #2
you will receive the following prompt:
Enter User # to change (99=Master)? To change a user password
enter their user number here. To change the Master password enter
99. If you entered a user # you will now be able to view the name
assigned to the user # you chose.
Sure? If you still want to change the password for this user hit
return or enter a "Y". If not enter an "N" and you will be returned to
the Master menu.
Enter New Password? Enter the new password here. You will now be
returned to the Enter User # to change prompt so you can change
another password if need be. Enter a return here to get back to the
Master menu.
3) Delete User - Use this option to delete all set up function
keys for one particular user. This could be used if someone left the
agency or if someone wanted to reinput all their function keys from
scratch.
Enter User # to Delete - Enter the user # of the person whose
function keys you want to delete. When the user is found you will
receive the message Deleted. If you picked an inactive user # by
mistake you will receive the message User # is shown as inactive.
You will be returned to this same prompt again so another can be
deleted if needed. If you do not want to delete any more users, hit
return and you will be taken back to the Master menu.
4) Set # of Users - With this code you can set up a maximum number
of users that can utilize this utility. (This will save you time when
receiving a listing because without setting a maximum number of
records you must go thru the whole file before the listing is
finished. For example, your agency has 3 users. You ask for a listing.
The system has a maximum of 125 users. Unless you set the maximum
number to 3, you will have to sit thru a listing of 125 users.) You
may change the maximum number anytime to suit your agency's size
requirements.
The maximum number of system users available and the current set
maximum will be brought up for you to view on screen.
New Value:? Enter the maximum number of users you want the system
set up at for this utility. Hit return and you will be returned to the
Master menu. ( If you decide you do not want to change the set number
of users, then just hit return at this prompt.)

TURNING YOUR COMPUTER ON AND OFF
This section contains instructions for turning your computer on and
off. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO UNIX SYSTEM USERS.
NOTE: UNIX USERS Please refer to your Guide to Operations for
specific powerdown instructions. DO NOT USE THIS PROCEDURE!!!!
To turn on your computer...
Turn all terminals on. On the Wyse terminals, the 0 on the black
switch indicates "off."
NOTE: User zero should be brought up first.
The type of computer you have determines where your main on-off switch
is located. Locate your main on-off switch. This main power switch
will power up any additional units attached to your main computer. If
you cannot locate you main power switch contact Compuwork for help.
After switching on the power, wait a few seconds until you hear the
hard disc build up speed. You will hear the hard disc tweet when it is
ready. Then at the (Ver. 1.3X)DEV# message enter a 1 (one). NOTE:
If (Ver. 1.3X)DEV# does not appear press return. If (Ver. 1.3X)DEV#
appears a second time, wait a few more seconds and enter a 1 (one)
again. If your system does not come up turn off everything and repeat
step 3 again. If this does not work, place your 5-1/4" floppy marked
FIRST 326,000 BYTES in your floppy drive. THEN CALL COMPUWORK RIGHT
AWAY.
See page 6.6.1, of this section, for instructions on setting your
system date.
See page 6.7.1, of this section, for instructions on setting your
system time.
Each terminal should then be brought to Main Menu. Only user zero
will receive the date and time questions.
To turn your computer off...
Make sure all terminals are at the Main Menu. Turn all terminals off.
If you have a remote user on the modem make sure they are finished.
Make sure all printers are turned off.
Make sure that your backup unit is unloaded ( tape from the Teac,
Wangtek units, etc.).
Remove floppy diskettes from the floppy drive.
Turn the main power switch to the OFF position.

TURNING YOUR MODEM ON AND OFF
This section contains instructions for setting up your modem when
Compuwork needs to access your system.
To set up the modem...
Turn the silver toggle switch in back of the modem to the on position
(red lights will come on in the front of the modem).
Locate your communications switches on the computer. The switches will
have a label located next to them with instructions on how your
system's switches should be set for modem usage. You do NOT have to
set switches on the UNIX system.
Note: On DBI, user zero cannot be used while the modem is in use.
Turn the phone switch to modem. Some systems do not have a phone
switch because they have a designated modem line.
Make sure a printer is turned on and on-line (two red lights should be
on: the power on and the on-line) in case it is needed to send a
message (for DBI users only).
When Compuwork's service representative is finished, they will send
you a message on the printer, call you back on another phone line, or
if on UNIX, you will be sent system mail.
To turn the modem off...
The OH, and CD red lights on the front of the modem should be off
before turning the modem off. If they are on, Compuwork may not be
finished working on your system.
Turn the silver switch in back of the modem to off.
Set switches back to their original positions. The switch label will
instruct you on how they should be set for normal operation.
If you have a phone switch, turn it back to the telephone system.
NOTE: Sometimes in order for user zero to continue, you may need
to hit the RETURN key. If User 0 is running on a high speed (4 meg)
board, you must "Break" and bring up your terminal after being on the
modem with Compuwork.

BACKING UP YOUR COMPUTER (DBI and Guilford)
This section will cover the various types of back-up procedures that
are recommended and the number of back-up tapes or cartridges
required, and the functions of each. DBI and Guilford systems only.
If backing up a UNIX follow instructions on page 6.33.1 of this
manual.
^1 -------------
1. DAILY BACK-UP This group of back-up media should consist of
5 tapes or cartridges to correspond with each day of the week
and should be labeled accordingly. The purpose of your daily
back-up is to keep a copy of all your data files on media that
can be stored away from your computer. Then, if anything happens
to your computer, your data can be reloaded from the most current
back-up. For this reason you will back-up every day. The time
does not matter. It can be first thing in the morning, at noon,
or at the close of business. The back-up will be faster if no
one else is using the computer during back-up.
^1 ------------
2. END OF MONTH We recommend that you have a minimum of 3 end
of month tapes or cartridges so that you are on a quarterly
rotation. It is advisable to have one for each month depending
on your own requirements for accounting data. In addition, you
should have 1 Pre-End Of Month to be used solely for Pre-EOM
back-up so that, if required for any reason during the new month,
you could retrieve your data from that point.
^1 ---------
3. PERMANENT You should have 2 permanent back-up tapes. This
back-up stores all your programs, letter files and rating. You
should use one back-up during end of month and one on the 15th of
the month. The permanent tape used during end of month should
NEVER be used on the 15th. Since neither word processing nor new
ratings are stored on your daily back-up, you may want to use the
second permanent back-up more than once a month if you do a lot of
word processing. This will keep your letter files current. After
new rating is loaded you should again use this back-up.
Now we will cover storage of your back-up media and the procedures
to be followed for each type of back-up drive.
^1 -------
STORAGE Your back-up media should be kept either in a fire
proof cabinet or in an off-site location. (Note: if the latter
is the case, any restoration of data could not be done until
proper back-up media has been retrieved.)
^1 -------------------------------
1. BACK-UP PROCEDURES FOR WANG-TEK
a. If your Wang-Tek is in a module unit, you will need to turn it
on (on/off switch is in the back).
b. Insert the tape with the metal side down and the tape to the
left. When you hear a click, a clip will lock the tape in
place. The heads of the tape drive will then load.
c. With the terminal at Main Menu, enter the appropriate letter
for the back-up and hit return. The top left corner of your
screen should read Wang-Tek tape back-up. The cursor will
move back and forth for 3 minutes; this is the tape erasing
itself before starting the back-up.
d. When the back-up is complete, the terminal will return to
main menu. Then just remove the tape.
^1 ---------------------------
2. BACK-UP PROCEDURES FOR TEAC
a. Insert the tape with the arrow pointing into the drive until
the tape pops into the drive and you hear a clicking sound.
b. With the terminal at Main Menu, enter the appropriate letter
for the back-up and hit return.
c. You will now see numbers flashing at the top left hand corner
of your screen and you will receive the message E. TEAC TAPE
BACKUP SETUP.
d. All files not found on the hard disk will now be listed. You
will now receive the message Backup on Tape - Your Agency
Name..... 'SUBMIT FILENAME' = Submit Data File.....
Enter Actual device to backup..... Backing up "FILENAME".
e. When the back-up is complete, you will be returned to the Main
Menu.

HOW TO LOAD FLOPPY SOFTWARE UPDATES
Compuwork keeps your software up to date with the latest programming
enhancements. These must be loaded onto your system. This is done by
inserting a floppy, from Compuwork, into your floppy drive and
entering a 'T' to TRANSFER DATA onto your hard disk. DBI and Guilford
Users Only.
Inspect floppy for any shipping damage, dust, liquids.
5 1/4 INCH - Insert the floppy with the label facing up if your
floppy drive is in the horizontal position. If your floppy drive is in
the vertical position insert the floppy with the label towards the
small lock down lever.
3 1/2 INCH - Insert the floppy with the arrow pointing into the
drive. This diskette can only be inserted one way, so unlike the 5 1/4
inch diskette, it cannot be inserted upside down or backwards.
Make sure no one is using the system and then enter a 'T' at the Main
Menu. This will start the transfer process. You should see the light
on the floppy drive itself flashing, and the light on the board that
your terminal is using will also be flashing.
If you receive any error messages, file truncated messages, or if
the diskette does not return you to the main menu, call Customer
Service for further instructions.
When the transfer of data to your hard disk is complete, you will see
the Main Menu on your screen.
Remove the floppy from the drive and return it to Compuwork as soon as
possible so that other updates may be sent.
Always note the instruction sheet(s) enclosed for it may contain
special instructions that would override the previously discussed
procedures.
If you have any problems or questions regarding any of the above
instructions, please call Customer Service.

A) Owner's manual chapter 4.
--------------------------------------------
If the above steps fail to clear the printer, check to see that no one
else is trying to use the printer. A good way to be sure no one has
the printer tied up is to make everyone return to the Main Menu. To
free the printer in this case, you can do one of the following:
1. Type STOP at the Main Menu of all terminals and press return. You
will receive a Break Message.
2. From Main Menu select 6 (Utilities) and press return. Then enter
your password and press return. Select 9 (Clear Printer) and press
return. This would need to be done at all of the terminals.
If all of the above fail, call our Maintanence Department, as there
might be a problem with the printer or printer controller.
